Truth be told, a lot. I’m a Millennial, but before you run for the hills, hear me out. I’m here with fresh new ideas, I’m unafraid to tackle tough subjects, and I’m more interested in bringing American agriculture into this millennium than staring back at the last one reminiscing about the good ol’ days. Stick around. I think you’ll like what you see
Agriculture is undergoing major change.
Our conversations in agriculture need to change. For too long, we’ve been content with saying that a certain topic or issue is too complex to figure out. That the different sectors in agriculture are too different to find common ground. That it’s always been done this way, so why try a different approach? We have let “can’t” get the better of us.
Our industry faces extreme pressure from external sources.
It’s time to change the conversation, challenge long-held beliefs and divisions, and let the true story of American agriculture shine.
Millennial Ag meets this challenge head on.
You won’t find platitudes or “let’s go along to get along” here. You will find a willingness to confront the norm, a commitment to view the world and industry as it is, not as I wish it would be, and a deeply held passion for and belief in agriculture.
